VIEWINGS

• Agents and consumers must wear a face covering   NO MASK = NO VIEWING
• Agents to wear gloves and open all relevant windows, doors, cupboards, switching lights on, etc
•  Everyone always keep two meters apart
• No viewer to touch anything in the house
• Don’t conduct open house viewings
• Don’t conduct back-to-back viewings
• Don’t drive consumers to viewings

VALUATIONS

• PPE will worn by a member of Wilson Hawkins
• Maintain  2m social distancing
• Only one member of Wilson Hawkins to attend the valuation.
• Please leave all doors open & lights on prior to our visit so that we can minimise touching the surfaces.

ADVISORY

• Those selling the property to vacate it when viewers are looking round
• No more than two people to attend a viewing
• Clean door handles, etc after a viewing
• Take spare face coverings and gloves to viewings
