Covid 19 Viewings Proceedure
Update- 19th July 2021-
“Masks will not be legally required but they are advisory for agents and clients.”
“Our policy for the protection of our staff, viewers and our clients is ‘no mask, no viewing’”
VIEWINGS
- Agents and consumers must wear a face covering NO MASK = NO VIEWING
- Agents to wear gloves and open all relevant windows, doors, cupboards, switching lights on, etc
- Everyone always keep two meters apart
- No viewer to touch anything in the house
- Don’t conduct open house viewings
- Don’t conduct back-to-back viewings
- Don’t drive consumers to viewings
VALUATIONS
- PPE will worn by a member of Wilson Hawkins
- Maintain 2m social distancing
- Only one member of Wilson Hawkins to attend the valuation.
- Please leave all doors open & lights on prior to our visit so that we can minimise touching the surfaces.
ADVISORY
- Those selling the property to vacate it when viewers are looking round
- No more than two people to attend a viewing
- Clean door handles, etc after a viewing
- Take spare face coverings and gloves to viewings
